„I agree that Erdberg Apotheke may store the data disclosed by me (name, title, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, postal address as well as the data on my purchases made with the customer card to the extent required and use them for sending information and advertising concerning over-the-counter medicines and other health products by e-mail and post, sending me an electronic newsletter, informing me about the availability of ordered medicines by telephone and SMS, reminding me about vaccination appointments or appointments for the use of a medicine by e-mail and SMS, printing out lists of the medicines I have purchased for my own use.

I am aware that my above-mentioned data will be processed on the basis of §§ 1 and 10 of the Pharmacy Business Regulations 2005 and stored for the duration of my business relationship with Erdberg Apotheke.

I can revoke this consent at any time by letter to Erdberg Apotheke, Schlachthausgasse 11, 1030 Vienna or by e-mail to [email protected]. From the time the revocation is received by Erdberg Apotheke, no further data processing will take place on the basis of this declaration of consent. The lawfulness of the processing of my data until the receipt of the revocation remains unaffected.

I am aware that I can exercise my right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data transfer and complaint to the data protection authority at any time.
